Our commitment is indeed to provide top quality at fair prices. That’s why our products are shipped to you straight from the manufacturing plant – there are no distributors involved which might drive up prices. This enables us to offer great products at fair prices!

No, at Bejewel Store there is no minimum quantity or minimum value for orders, so you are free to choose how much you wish to spend.
No, we do not offer free samples.
To shop at Bejewel Store, you will need to register and set up a customer account. Obviously this is free of charge and entails no obligations on your part. You are free to cancel your registration at any time, free of charge.

Actually, we require no minimum value for orders, so you can shop with us even if have limited funds. Thus, we do not offer payment by installments.

Following the legislation Bejewel Store will pay all duty charges and taxes incurred for customers in the European Union, thus there will be no additional duty charges for you to pay. For countries outside the EU, you may incur in additional costs depending on the value of the goods shipped and national regulations.
We normally ship out by courier or by registered mail. The shipping company will ask you your signature for your own safety. In case you are at work, can provide your work address or ask to hold the parcel in their HQ.
